URBANWARE Neighborhoods API

The URBANWARE Neighborhood API enables developers to take advantage of UMI's industry-leading local search products. Our Free Neighborhood API may be incorporated into interactive applications, enabling 'search by neighborhood' or similar request types.

URBANWARE Mass Transit Proximity API

The URBANWARE Mass Transit Proximity API is a premium service that provides access to UMI's rich mass transit database. A limited subset of the data model is offered, supporting a broad collection of data elements, including data elements such as station accessibility, amenities, hours of operation, exit types, sleeper cars, parking facilities, station/line transfers and more.

URBANWARE Parking API

The URBANWARE Parking API provides detailed information about off-street parking to support driver decision making. Leveraging data from over 5,000 US parking facilities, UMI has developed a highly-structured database of entrances, operating hours, accessibility, lot images, payment methods and many additional attributes. The API also also offers a rate calculation tool. The underlying logic was developed after normalizing rate tables and fee structures for and accounts for long term, event, early bird, oversize and other exception types.
